Itinerary

-Contact your guide at Casablanca Airport. -Depending on the time of arrival, a brief visit to the economic capital with its famous Hassan II mosque, then departure to Rabat. Historical visit of the administrative capital of Morocco, in particular: The Royal Palace, the Hassan Tower, the Mohammed V mausoleum, the Kasbah of the Oudayas, and its Andalusian gardens, the Medina of Sale, the necropolis of Chellah. Dinner & overnight in Rabat.

After breakfast, Northern princess city of Tangier. Passing through the city of Larache: visit the port, Liberation Square, and the Portuguese ruins of the Stork castle as well as the ancient site of Lixus. The city of Assilah, Visit the medina and its Portuguese ramparts. Then the visit of Hercules caves and Cape Spartel which are 10 km away from Tangier city center. Dinner & Night in Tangier.

After breakfast, city tour and departure to Chefchaouen by the Mediterranean coast. Chefchaouen is a city in northwest Morocco, built at 600 m above sea level, on the Rif chain. The name of the city means in Amazigh Rifain "Les cornes", Achawen, because of the mountain peaks that dominate and surround the city. The province has in the field of tourism important and diversified potentials made up of historic monuments and vast forests with very varied fauna and flora. Dinner & Accommodation at the Hotel

Road to Fez through the country of Djebbala (mountain dwellers). Lunch on the way and then depart to Ouazzane, known for the production of olive oil and woodturning. Crossing the Zagouta plateau. Arrival in Fez. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, a day dedicated to the visit of the religious capital of Morocco: Fès el Bali: the historic heart of the city, established on the slopes of a basin crossed by the wadi Fès: it is the medina, with its medersas Attarine (built between 1323 and 1325) and Bou Anania (built between 1350 and 1357 by Sultan Abou Inane), its Nejjarine fountain, its Moulay Idriss mausoleum and its famous Karaouine mosque (entry prohibited to non-Muslims). Lunch in the Medina. Afternoon, visit of Fez Jdid: built to the south of the medina: it is the imperial city, wanted in the 13th century by the Merinids, where the current royal palace and the old Mellah are located. After breakfast, depart to Erfoud via Ifrane, an old health resort with clean streets and carefully maintained gardens, which evokes a Swiss city. Lunch at Midelt, then continue to Rich via the Tizi-n-Talghemt pass (camel pass) at 1907m altitude. Continue to Erfoud in the heart of the Tafilalet palm grove (around 1,000,000 date palms). Land Rovers will be available at the exit of the hotel. The route will include a visit to Erfoud, the Kasbahs, and Oasis. Then head to the Merzouga desert 50 km away where you can admire one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world at the end of the afternoon. After this romantic moment, a superb typical Berber dinner will be served under Brandes Bedouin tents. Overnight in Berber tents where mattresses and all the necessary comfort are available.

Departure for the Jorf palm grove, located on the right bank of Oued Ziz at the foot of Djebel Erfoud Before reaching Tineghir, continuation and photo stop towards Ksar Detouroug bordered by splendid oases as well as the small town of Tinejdad. The incursion into the Todra gorges which happen to be a narrow corridor of about twenty meters formed by two cliffs 250 m high. Lunch on the spot. In the afternoon, continue to Boumalne du Dadès. Continuation by the road of the Thousand Casbahs still crossing this valley which is positioned between the mountains of the High Atlas and the Anti Atlas. After breakfast, you will visit the Taourirt Kasbah which, by its importance, its architecture, is one of the most beautiful in Morocco. Built by the powerful Glaoui tribe, the Taourirt Kasbah is a historic monument listed as World Heritage by Unesco. Majestic, it was, in the 19th century, the largest residence of the powerful Pasha of Marrakech, Thami El Glaoui. Departure to Taroudant via Taliouine, a magnificent authentic little village at an altitude of 930 m. So you will have the occasion to discover the region, especially known for the cultivation of saffron. Visit a saffron cooperative. Lunch along the way. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, take advantage of the morning to visit the city of Taroudant, the ancient capital of Souss, a peaceful city renowned for its handicrafts and its Berber silver jewelry. Its ramparts and very lively souks will impress you. Then continue towards Agadir. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, the possibility of an excursion in the surroundings of Agadir before taking the road to Essaouira, maybe you will want to go to Imouzzer - Ida-Outanane (61 km): L 'one of the most pleasant excursions you can do from Agadir. In this case, leave early in the morning because the road to Essaouira deserves to be done without hurrying. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast, a day will be devoted to visiting the former Mogador. This magnificent little blue and white fishing port presents a fabulous architectural and climatic change from Marrakech.
